It's immaculate with lovely beds and exceptional views. The staff are nice, managed the parking nearby.

I greatly enjoyed lovely design!!

The hotel was a relaxing base for enjoying a lovely area, close enough to an old chapel enclosed to the B, a beautifully restored old church and Snowdonia. This property was situated in the very central position.  

Unique superior king room with too much unnecessary furniture, drinks, for instance. Central location in the beautiful old chapel.

We had the superior king room it was stylish. The location was particularly good and amazing for exploring this local area, near which as well as being such a unique experience, and the centre near 

Had unbeatable location in the absolute center of Conwy and stocked rooms. And we were adjacent to a beautifully restored chapel with excellent breakfast and friendly staff, and the main attractions in Conwy and convenient for pubs, restaurants and shops. 

The staff were all hospitable and attentive.

The staff was hospitable and attentive, the room was brand-new. The restaurant was lovely for breakfast, we ordered excellent dishes. Coffee and tea making facilities, fridges, and glassware were provided.  

We where in an unbeatable and excellent location next to all local attractions, and the old chapel which is pleasant. Also, Conwy Town Walls was easy to reach.

The staff were nice lot of the time.

The venue's position was central. I found cereal and fruit to be excellent. The staff and people generally were outstandingly accommodating and amicable.

I thoroughly enjoyed double room with a shower. I had a work desk, coffee and tea making equipment, and television. It had marvellous and fab location, adjacent to Snowdonia and all Castles and Manor Houses in the area, and the centre 

I stayed here 2 nights and greatly enjoyed it. All the staff were pretty friendly and superfriendly. The restaurant was nice for breakfast, I tried healthy dishes. The bed was extremely comfy with hypoallergenic 

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location inside the city walls was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the charming old town. The old chapel where breakfast was served added a unique and beautiful touch to the experience. 

The double room was immaculate with a kettle, central heating and iron/ironing board. Location: the hotel was right by a former Methodist church, Conwy...

Their staff were a bit slow.

Possibly the best and fantastic stay for two nights. Sensational breakfasts with quality ingredients. Brilliant location right in the center of town. And near restaurants and the chapel and the centre.
